Hey been a while but I recently did a long trip on the way back it was 40c the aircon stopped working so next servo I pulled up hoping it was a relay/fuse or something but after checking all fuses they seemed good but now my rearwiper cigarette lighter & aircon fan have stopped working. And its pretty hard to get a answer off Google what it could be. Plus I've lost the manual lol even though it doesn't neither do the covers tell you what fuses are for. It's a 2011 tsi 1.4 turbo golf thanks for any help you might give

What are the odds you've put a fuse back in the wrong spot?

Ya i was thinking that but it's odd that lighter rearwiper & fan be affected as ive checked online & the fuses F40/41/42 all have good fuses & proper amperage

I posted a Mk6 golf electrical manual in the manuals and guidebooks section a while back. Maybe see if you can track the circuit using that. Also note that a one off problem like a short somewhere can screw up the body control module permanently. I had issues with the ceiling light shorting on a loose screw and a rear light shorting on water seepage. Problems were fixed but now my front left daylight running light is always chucking an error. Tracked it back to the BCM.
