VCDS Coding Help

Hi guys,

Have gotten around to tackling the coding problems with my Golf GT TDI this weekend and thought I'd ask if anyone knows anything about the following faults:

02092 - Enabling Heated Seat
009 - Open or Short to Ground

01044 - Control Module Incorrectly Coded ------> This fault is from the [19] Can Bus Gateway

Time: 16: 11: 08

In addition, there is a fault shown in [77] Telephone. I cannot seem to access the module however as it just boots me out and brings me back to the main gateway list.

If anybody has any sort of idea what these mean and how I can go about fixing them please let me know.

I know almost nothing about fault codes.. but the one that says "Open or Short to ground" reminds me of a result I got once when a mate scanned my golf.. I believe it referred to a blown fuse.. (which was causing my check engine light to stay on, even though i had swapped out my faulty manifold) .. so definately recommend checking all your fuses.. the one in the engine bay AND the side of your dashboard.
