The offspring rang at 8:45am this morning and wanted to be picked up from Lancelin. I had to start work at 12 noon. .... yes ... no ... yes ... no ... let's go. Onto South St at Murdoch hospital by 9am - back at 11:30
Headwind heading north and P!$$!ng down from Yanchep on the return journey. It was good to getout on the open road and give the Jetta it's freedom a few times. Journey stats - 226 klm ave 88kph and overall 5.7l/100. (This is after 945 on the last tank). Gotta luv it.

Lancelin & back in 2 1/2 hours is a reasonable fang indeed!
