09 Jetta 125TDI Interior Lights

My brother is currently driving my old Jetta and recently noticed that none of the interior or boot light works anymore. Only the footwell lights work. Visor vanity lights not working, map lights not working, door lights on manual or automatic not working.
All fuses have been visually checked and are OK. The manual does not specifically give a fuse for interior lights.
Any suggestions on what could be the cause and where to start looking would be appreciated.
