VAG-COM for Golf V GTi in Sydney

I recently installed the OEM Bi-Xenon kits on my Golf V GTi, but I need to make some adjustments to the settings using VAG-COM. Does any one in Sydney have one and is willing to help with this?

Has any one done this before? Which setting do I have to change?
