Nice work and congrats on the new GTI! Tornado Red is a bloody nice colour for a GTI and it's what I was looking at before I got the R32.
By the pics it looks like you got the new pride and joy from Penrith ... I test drove a "demo" R32 out there before I got .:R (second hand), it turns out the "demo" was driven (read thrashed) by the used car manager for 6 months. The drivers door lock was broken and the door wouldn't open (great when you want a test drive), the rear door trim was the brushed aluminium from a GTI and not the one from the R32 and generally the .:R had been abused. Suffice to say I didn't buy it. Hope your experience was better than mine.
Scuff plates are around $165, i'll order mine when i take it in for the 1500km free service. I'm loving the car i have 520km on her now its amazing i can find an hour long detour to go 5 mins to the shops lol
