Antenna grommet

Hi Guys,

The plastic ring on the base of my antenna has completely fallen off and just wondering if any of you guys know where i can purchase an replacement? I tried ebay with no luck.

Also will it be a big job to replace it?

Hi Henry,

I did the replacement at the start of the year. got a cheap new rubber gasket from Car Masts UK on eBay. Very easy to change over without replacing the whole unit. see my post with pics below.

These should be easy to come by. Same on MK4 and a lot of cars today, pretty much all Toyota, Holden and heaps of others have the same aerial base.
When you get one heat it in some hot water and slide it over and into place.
Plenty on ebay
