door lock actuator + starter motor replacement

where is the best place to source a drivers door actuator. wreckers want up to $110, and the chinese copies can be got for $65, just not sure about them. I can feel the solenoid trying to work, just doesn't seem to have any strength

also, the starter motor feels like it struggles to wind over fast, and it is a bit noisy. the battery has been tested ok!

I've been using the Chinese door lock actuators with great success.

I think they're about $250 new from VW, anyway. Hardly worth going used on something that's already known to be troublesome.
