Thanks for the postive welcome everyone. I know that there are times dealers let customers and the brand down from time to time and it's only fair that they/we get a bit of a bashing for it. I won't take anything personally unless it's directed at me.

Ahh now I know which Paul it is Glad you got the list ok, look forward to seeing you when I do. Saturdays are a mad house around here so if you can get in early...say before 9am I should be free to see you. After that time I can be with several people at once and rather scatter brained!

As a result I'm just about sold on getting one as my next car but am having some trouble deciding on which model.
Ideally I'd like the GT Sport TDI but unless I can do a good deal it is probably just out of my reach. This leaves the GT Sport TSI or the Pacific TDI. However I'm not the boy racer I used to be and don't want a peaky power delivery so am very curious as to how the 1.4 TSI drives.

Any feedback would be appreciated
