MY08 Jetta TDI - Suspension kit option?

Hiyas,

On an accessory price list a dealer has given me is a Suspension kit for $246, with a note that it is mandatory for 18" alloys.

Can this be optioned with the standard 16's " and if so is it worth it?

The part is a suspension traveller limiter...its only $46 fitted...its on the options list...get them to print you out a page, i think they might be taking you for a ride
