Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    I have owned this car for nearly 3 years, I bought it bone stock off a family member in feb 2012, which he bought new in 2006.
    I bought this car after owning jap cars and I love it.

    Modifications

    HP DSG Software

    Exterior

    - BC damper and Height adjustable coilovers
    - Drill and slotted front brakes
    - Slotted rears brakes
    - Hawk performance pads all round


    Engine

    - Integrated Engineering Connecting rods
    - APR Stage 2+ software
    - APR K04 upgrade
    - APR full 3" exhaust system
    - S3 injectors
    - Autotech HPFP
    - APR intercooler
    - RS4 fuel rail valve
    - R8 Coil Packs
    - VWR cold air intake
    - pcv block off

    love the Jettas buddy, I can't fault mine
    Current - 2015 Tiguan 155 R-Line.
    Previous - Jetta MkV 147 Turbo, Viezu Raceday mapped, Carbonio CAI, Quad Exhaust System, R8 Coil pack, Whiteline Swaybar, GTi Steering wheel with paddles, Alloy pedals, RNS510 & Leather.

      Very Tidy. Nice Stance too.

            BTW - what is the oil catch setup you have?
            Current - 2007 Golf GTI, DSG, RCD510, K&N Panel Filter, BSH PCV revamp, Bluefin Stage 1 tune, 18" Omanyt's with RE003s.

                Installed r32 steering wheel with paddle shifts (and extensions) a few weeks back.


                Sold my wheels and bought BC Racing BR Series camber and damper adjustable coilovers 8kg front 8 kg rear which are on the way in the post


                a second hand sprint booster is on its way too[emoji1]
