I am guessing but could it be for the electric seat motor?

With a cloth seats it would be for the seatbelt alarm.
With leather, it would be for the electric lumbar support, the seat heater and the seatbelt alarm.

thanks for your reply's it has cloth seats so the wire must be seat belt alarm

the little one is for the seat alarm and the big massive one is for teh AIRBAGS ie dont pull the big ones out!!!
