So, I decided to give the car a little rev the other night so see how it sounded and the car seemed to move a lot when doing this. Handbrake was up and in Park. Wasn't revving it hard, could it be engine/transmission mounts?

Car movement if revving

If it's in Park, it might move an inch or so, but that's it, because Park engages a dog that positively blocks rotation. The only rotation you might get is as a result of the free play in the dog. Any more than that could mean something not quite right with the Park mechanism.
All clutches drag, but this does not necessarily mean wear or overheating. The clearance between the friction plate and flywheel is probably something like a millimetre or less when disengaged. The windage effect can cause the gearbox side to rotate, depending on the load being moved.
