Number Light Bulbs out

Ive had this a couple of times over the last couple of months , usually a thump on the bumper and it goes off,, but today no way the bulbs are ok the tail lights are working just the number plate light ,
Does it have a separate fuse to the tail lights the book is not much help , If some one here knows what fuse it is could you please let me know Thanks
