Guys,
Car is a Pirelli.
RNS510 started acting a little 'off' the past few days then last night everything came crumbling down.
Started the car and the unit didn't boot. I can hear the cd part making noise, it will then just restart. It will do this for a little while then the "SWL initialising, please wait" will come up. Once last night the unit started after that message appeared, but it hasn't booted since.
It just makes the cd/dvd reader noise, then restarts. I have tried restarting it with < and > + mic but it didn't work.
I understand this is a common problem.. is there anyway to fix this?
Currently don't have access to VCDS so can't tell you guys what firmware im running.
