Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    MK5 R32 rain guards

    Hi Guys,

    Does anyone know where i can purchase some rain guards for my mk5 r32 in Sydney area? Or any members that have some laying around and wanted to palm it off?

      Mk6 ones fitted on my mk5 2 door.
      Dealer was about $60
      Prev 2008 R32 3 door DSG.
      Prev 2010 S3 Sportback Stronic.
      Now Lexus IS350 F Sport

          Team Heko Wind Deflectors or OEM seem to be the way to go. Have you asked your local dealer for a price? Very good and perfect fitment from what I have seen.

            Dealers dont seem to carry ones specifically for a Mk V anymore. But as stated the MK 6 fitted mine perfectly.
            Prev 2008 R32 3 door DSG.
            Prev 2010 S3 Sportback Stronic.
            Now Lexus IS350 F Sport
