anyone running 18 x8.5 +35 with 225/35/18? Please upload your photos for some feedback. It'll be spewing to get the wrong offset rims and tyres are rubbing LOL
I doubt many mk5s will be low enough to be running 225/35/18, most would be 225/40/18.

Exactly.
8.5 ET35 only just fit on the Tiguan so there is no way it will work legally on a golf without serious wheel arch work.
If your planning in going low then I'd recommend 18x8.5 max and et38 -42 for a nice clean flush fitment, I run 35 and it pokes a bit and rubs heaps.
