  • Dash Command OBD-II hardware module

    Hi everyone,

Does anyone here use the Dash Command app and associated OBD-II hardware modules?

I'm looking in to buying one that will be compatible with my iPhone and it am interested in any experience other people may have.

The hardware options are here: OBD-II Hardware - Palmer Performance Engineering, Inc.

    TIA.

I have the auto-polar FIS+ in my car. I couldn't find what the module is trying to do from the link.

      Hi greg32,

The link just points to the modules that are compatible with the Dash Command app (which in turn is compatible with my Pioneer App Radio).

They all seem to be valid modules from 3 or 4 different manufacturers. Some connect via BT, some via WiFi and one is a hard USB module.

The module feeds real-time data to the app on my phone. It provides a graphical view of a large number of stats and I assume that some stats may not be supported by the Golf.

The Dash Command app info can be found here: http://www.palmerperformance.com/pro...mand/index.php
