The old one was $3K, which included a 6 stacker CD. The RNS510 is $2490 plus another $790 for the 6 stacker.

If you get the RNS510 and the stacker for that price you did well. If you only get the RNS510 you were ripped off.

When i ordered the Gti back in Oct 07 pricing wasn't available for RNS 510 (dealer didn't even know what RNS 510 was) so i guess i'll be getting what i paid for!

I think we're all arseholes in WA! The lady who picked her Toerag up before me, and held me up for half an hour (because she arrived late) received a big bunch of flowers and was farewelled by a whole entourage of staff. I received... the keys.

Dude, until you SIGN to accept the car, anything is possible. ASK to see the pricing, and query it as much as you want. My deal needed to be tweaked, and finance was only sorted on the day, so they had absolutely no problem in refunding me money I had overpaid. That said....I'm still chasing it up.....

My Sept 07 VW pricelist shows sat nav as $2990 on the golfs, but has a dash for the GTI's. I figure they just charged you Golf pricing.
