  • Seat belt clip/anchor, help please

So this saturday night i was driving home, went for a sip of a drink and drunk guy ran onto road, dropped the drink to avoid hitting the dumb S&@t, and ended up with lemonade all over the seat and armrest, stripped half the car out and washed that stuff at 2am. BUT, the seat belt clip/anchor seem s to have gotten some lemonade in it and its sticky/not very smooth.

Anyone here know how to firstly pull it apart, if its possible, and secondly got any pics of what it looks like inside?? thanks in advance

    WD-40?

It should lubricate the mechanism, and dissolve the sugar at the same time.
