R32 at Wakefield

Very nice MkV R32 at Wakefield yesterdayat the MRT day.2 door DSG[blue] prepared by Paul Muller.Semi slicks,suspension,big brakes,headers and exhaust.Think it's chipped too.
Turned a 1.11.00 when driven by John Smith.Did a 1.12.09 with John driving,and owner Rob in the car!
Nice car.

That's a very decent time for a NA car that weighs over 1500kg. Establishes a benchmark for some of the VAG AWDs heading to WPR in the next couple of weeks

i had a 1.6 GLE Sport MK4. not the best handling thing but engine was good for a lil car.

Cool. They're just around the corner from my house. I've been wondering who to get to service my car but wasn't sure if they were 'equiped' to do a MkV R. If they're race preping them... then i think they might be the guys to talk too!

Paul does a number of current MKV Golfs and Polos for road and track.Much cheaper than dealers,and a hell of a lot more knowledgeable!
Paul did the Oettinger reflash on my POLO GTI,as well as fitting the Eibach springs and 312mm brakes,plus all the ordinary servicing.
