Upgrade CAN Gateway HW Version?

Hi Guys

As you know I have upgraded my CAN Gateway; however, as someone on another forum pointed out, the HW: versions dont match, could this be why its not working?

Current Gateway:
Part No: 1K0 907 530 E (1K0907530E)

New CAN Gateway I purchased off eBay:
Part No: 7N0907530AA
HW: 7N0 907 530G
