The GTI has some kerb rash and needs a couple of wheels painted. I know the Adelaide authorised repairer is Glenelg Crash, but can anyone recommend someone closer to the city?

No I don't know how much they cost but saw one of their guys work awhile ago and was impressed. -

Edit: To give you an idea of how bad, the "paint" came off on my chamois the next day, and that was after 2 goes at getting it right. To their credit, they offered to do it again, but it was taking up too much time so I left it. The wheel has been damaged again since anyway.

I don't doubt your poor experience I guess it depends who you get on the day to do it...
Remember to post in the parts suppliers section if you have a satisfactory job done
