Best thing to do first is ring around and get quotes off the following specialists and then see which is better and who you think will do a better job. Most of the ones I've mentioned though should be able to handle the 60,000kms service. Keep in mind that the DSG and Haldex will need to be looked at.
I'd recommend VW Village at Kensington. Despite not having a Golf R32, we have my Jetta, dad's Passat B6 V6 4-Motion and my brother's Skoda Octavia TDI serviced with them for the past 2 years and never had an issue with them. They do get rather busy, but they're rather good, genuine guys to deal with. However as per robbie's post, ring around for the cheapest deal and as long as they use genuine VW parts, there shouldn't be any issues with whoever you go with.
