Went to the VW showroom today with my dad, hes looking at buying a car in the near future..... was told that there are NO MK5 GTI'S until 2007!

What a joke......

Had a look at the polo gti.. what a car..... and huge potential for mods later.... cost is just under $34,000 with leather and sunroof.... or $30,000 with out leather and sunroof. Seats are extremely comfy, very roomy and top notch finish.... in about 5 years when they cost 10G they will be great buying

man those polo GTi's are awesome, and ther only $26 g's!!!! but ill be dammed with a few mods itd be better than the golf 5 GTi, im trying to get dad to buy one but i wonder how well there value will hold up, cos if they as sought after as the mk5 GTi resale will be huge.

There actually 27G's pluys ORC so around the 30G mark drive away.

I saw a mk5 gti for sale on car sales for 50G thats like 8G more than from a dealer ... i tried to find the link but its not there anymore, must have sold..... and to think the MX5 won wheels car of the year... tut tut tut
