2007 golf TDI reverse light bulb and parking sensor

i got a friend he pick up 2007 golf TDI driver side reverse light not work,he want know wut model light bulb is that?
and also his reverse parking sensor ,when he put in R i just keep BI BI BI BI......... but there nth at back car
is becoz light bulb not work and make parking sensor like that? or other reason make this happen?

There is only a single reverse light on all golfs.
Suggest that the other problem is due to a wiring fault - pretty sure they are a normally open circuit, so a short in the wiring could cause it to continuously trigger.
And please use English. You will get more intelligent responses...
