Its close but not the same - noticed the ends of the splitter on the CSR are smooth and rounded off to meet with the wheel arch while the one in linked has a sections that sticks out quite aggressively. Also seems to be designed for the standard Golf front whereas the one in the link is clearly on the Gti/GT front.
Having said that they do seem to have the right one available here -
