Oh come on its 0.3 seconds, hardly a lot of difference. Everything I've read is that the jetta is 7.2 which sounds accurate given its 70kgs heavier then the mk5 golf gti dsg which does 6.9..MKV GTIComment

Depends on who else is at the lights... hahahaha
But yeah, 7.2s is the "official" figure, but I think the "official" figure is with 2 80kg people in the car (can someone clarify), but at the end of the day let's say it's quick enough.

i have a standard 2006 2.0T jetta and it has launch control on it... mine when i last tested it was about 7.0-7.1 0-100, depending on how you counted the frames on the video.

My Jetta definitely has launch control.
May have been used too many times and/or gotten me in trouble with the police.
