Door Side Cover

Did a search and couldnt find anything.
Looking for a door side cover, think thats what they are called. Looks like this:

Anyone point me in the right direction where to get one or if someone has one i can buy?

Well it seems that no one wants my money beside the dealers.
Rang heaps of places in brisbane, no one had an idea what i was talking about.
One reply was the "whole door is made from plastic..."
Had to email pictures, still waiting on replies even after me ringing them up making sure they got my email.
