Tracking a Jetta Order

Hi All,
was wanderinf anyone has been able to track their order for a new Jetta before? I know all the Golfers can since their cars come from Sth Africa & Germany.....but the Jettas are out of Mexico.....And I am having difficulty tracking the ship.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Do you have the VIN from the dealer? You might be able to track it at http://schedule.2wglobal.com/AppTracking/cargoTrack.do and click "Auto Cargo" underneath "Track By".

I'm tracking my R32 this way (it's better travelled than I am). Arriving mid Feb with delivery by the end of Feb (hopefully).

Thanks for the response. That link seems to only work for Golfs coming out of Sth Africa and Germany. I am told my ship docks in Sydney on 17 Jan so hopefully will be driving my new Jetta early feb

VW must use a different shipper out of South America. I was very surprised that the tracking ability was available with that much detail. Would be a neat way to verify exactly when a car was manufactured.
