        good luck getting it fixed, politely suggest try another dealer, mine was good fixed a cosmetic item that should have been picked up during delivery, gave me a courtesy car for the day (golf tdi) and also fixed a large stone chip that they had done while driving the car, now undetectable,also when oil needed topping up did it straight away.
