non personalised European plates

This is a question for Brisbane, but may apply elsewhere.

Can you get non personalised European plates. i.e. I just want to swap my current plates over for the slim styled euro plates.

If so, what would the fee for this be?

You can get Euro plates in a 3x3 format, as per http://www.ppq.com.au/createaplate.aspx

Costs the same as personalised ones though.
