hey guys and girls.
I've buggerised around at the local exhaust shop today and yesterday...wasted $360 stuffing around with removing the resonator (told by forums it would sound nice and give it a bit of a note, did next to NOTHING) and removing the rear muffler and putting twin 2.5" tips( straight through sounded tuff and loud but droned heavily)
I've since had the resonator put back in and now the car on load sound like ur blowing through a straw. WTF?!?!
has anyone had any experience with removing resonator and muffler etc.
I've been told to remove the resonator and put a spiral hot dog in to reduce previous drone issues from being straight through. but before I spend ANOTHER $160-200 I wanna know what others have done or recommend....
PLEASE HELP ME I wanna lose the drone but keep the noise. they said a normal hotdog won't do much......soo angry right now. plus they made the tips too long. :/ didn't notice when it was up on hoist so didn't care to check when it was down.
