Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

  • Hi all

Hi, im new here and im looking at buying a VW Jetta 2.0T, i want to get a black one with Bi Xeonxs, Sat Nav, Sunroof and leather. Has anyone got any ideas on price. And for the current owners how much did you pay?

Well the base car is 39,990 with DSG as standard (no manual option), leather is 2,990, sunroof is 1,500 or so, bi-xenons are around 2,990 sat nav is another 2,000 I think.

Plus on roads your looking at least $52,000 +.

Its alot, I'd just get one thats a year old minus one of those features like satnav for around 30-40k or get a different jetta model. I don't own one personally but your looking at around 50k give or take a few grand.

I recommend you repost this in the mk5 golf/jetta section with the link here...

Good luck with the car, and welcome to the forum!

you could get it for mid 40's with the specs you want

id guess 43-46. jetta's arent nearly as popular as the golfs so therefore theres some good deals to be had.

If you checked out this forum, you will find it is model VW, as in scale models, not the real $50,000 ones.

Yes she is, but there's a couple of experienced members who went along for the ride....a better response will be obtained in the correct forum.
