  • Wax on...wax off...

Just wondering what sort of wax people are using on their R32's or Golfs for that matter.

I have a bottle of Meguiar's Gold Class wax and also a new bottle of NXT. I lean towards the NXT as it is easier to use leaving no white residue, but I've heard the gold class is still better. Any thoughts on these two or any other products?

I use Swissol Onyx - available here: http://www.waxwizard.com.au/ (Edit - have a look under "observations" for their reviews and opinions on various waxes and washes)

Best wax I've ever used by a mile - lasts me ~6 months. Most other wax/polishes last me ~6 weeks - 2 months.

Can't comment on either product you've mentioned, however.

I used mothers last time. It came up fantastic. I also got myself a buffer to whilst I was at it and the finish was spectacular.
