Removing the license plate holder MKV Golf?

Guys, I am looking at removing the front plate holder on my MKV R32 tomorrow, however I can't seem to find any suitable and straight forward DIY's that I could follow in order to do it. Does the front grille have to be removed???

Any tips and instructions will be greatly appreciated!

Nope, get a screwdriver and push it into the four mounting holes that are fixing the licence plate holder onto the front bar. It will just come off
