Yeah, once bitten twice shy. I've bought a special tool from this ebay seller eBay Australia: Buy new & used fashion, electronics & home d
and the middle special tool of the tool set was so badly made, I couldn't use it. When contacted the seller he wanted me to contact the company that makes the tools for them and his reply to quite long to respond, anyway after almost to weeks messaging I just left the negative feedback and will simply void them and what ever I can make myself, I will. I could make that special tool in my lathe within an hour or so (already had the other two bits in that kit), but it was easier to just pay $140 and get it delivered, well thanks to them, next time when I need the special tool and I could make it, they don't get my money, that's for sure.
The tool is made by Laser Tools and it was second time I bought that brand and on both occasions no joy!

I've had ok experiences with buying from Germany, only DHL shipping sometimes is slow (two types of DHL shipping apparently, one is super fast with about 1-2 weeks and other takes about 4-6weeks)

I bought from this seller and happy with communication and postage times
