Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

I reckon most of you would probrably already know this fact, this my first diesel car so I did'nt know don't try using a high flow pump just as I tried to do,
it will take you for ever to fill it up due to the foaming effect, its all a learning curve

No I mean the high flow nozzles they use for trucks, they fit in alright they just pump to fast and cause the diesel to foam up, then you have to stop to let it all settle down before you can proceed again, If I had of taken the time to check the bowser I would have noticed a smaller nozzle on the other side, to keen to get driving that magic little car again I guess.
