    I've got a gti streeing wheel that I want to fit to my gt, but I am not sure how to remove the airbag so if some could give some guidance that would be a help thanks

          cos he wants to fit his new steering wheel?

          the airbags usually come out pretty easy its more the steering wheel you will have to be careful with on most cars. Not sure if this applies to mk5s though
          Id ask the dealer for a quote on doing it b4 attempting it yaself. if its not that expensive it may be money well spent

            lol i think im misunderstanding... he wants to put his airbag in the gti wheel he bought? or he wants to take the airbag out of the gti wheel? will he end up with an airbag in the wheel he's going to use?

            doesnt really matter i guess but it seems curious to me that you would not want an airbag in your steering wheel
