  • Cheapest way to ship a bulky item interstate?

    Hi all,

Need some advice from you guys.

Who could you recommend for shipping a bulky (but light weight) item interstate, it's a bumper and I need it shipped from Melbourne to the Gold Coast.

    Any leads are appreciated.

    Cheers,
    Alan.

    SmartSend or E-Go
Quotes to send the rear valance I'm selling to SA were $50-$80 depending on mode.

I sent a set of rims down to Sydney and they got damaged on the way through e-go. They also forgot to pick them up for 3 days.. Highly recommend going through someone else or purchase insurance...

OK - I have had problems with smartsend missing windows for pickup (but since my office has a full time mail room that is not an issue for me) but never had anything damaged or forgotten completely. I hadn't used e-go, but assumed they were a similar business model.
        Thanks for the heads up.

I sent 5 rims and tyres to Brissy from rAdelaide with smartsend. They were well priced, picked up and delivered on time. Could not complain at all...
