    More info here:
Apologies for the self-indulgent thread, but I get asked questions about our colour coding a fair bit, so I guess having a thread here for myself and others to share their experiences and so on should be a good reference point. Each to their own. I prefer the stock look.

both your cars look great, makes the car feel complete and not a work in progress. i think i like the half paint for the front bumper and the full paint for the rear bumper.

what do you guys think about painting the bottom half of the rear bumper gloss black? (if you only colourcode the top half)

Nah - I'd leave it (the lower centre part) the grey colour. I think it looks tops.

I reckon gloss black could look great.

              Hi Carven,

Where abouts in Brisbane did you get this done?

are you happy with the job?

              how much did it cost?

              PS - Nice looking car.

                1) half paint for the front bumper
                2) half paint for the rear bumper.

not sure about painting the bottom half gloss black or leave it stock, which look nicer?

What I can't understand is VW sells the GTI sans-colourcoding but the Jetta TFSI comes with colour-coding ....

I like the way MINIGOLF has done it, leaving the lower sections on both the front and back... looks sweeeeeeet!

                      x2.

particularly the front so that you won't scrap any paint off by accident.

Both look pretty good in my opinion. Second one is a bit more subtle whereas the first is just fat.
