Do's and Dont's with VW cars.

Like i saw it on TDi.com I think it would be good idea to start a thread on topic with don'ts and do's with our cars.
Moderator of this forum could take a initiative and edit this thread and mainly keep it simple with the links to posts with specific problems.

1.Do not wash the engine unles it is necessary - you could get corrosion in the electrical terminals and your car may end up not drivable.
