DSG - slight whine?

I've noticed that at low speed my 1800km old DSG box has a bit of a whine to it ... anyone else noticed similar with theirs?

I'd be getting it checked, gear box whines are never a good thing!

Mine really whines in 1st gear under hard acceleration. It's done it since new though.

That's interesting - has it gotten any louder? Did you have it seen to and question the stealers about it? What did they say?

No, I haven't bothered. I'm in the aftermarket gearset industry, so it sounds familiar, like quite a few other cars when under load.
