Hi everyone,
I did this a few months back and now I have finally found some time to share my little project with you all.
I had the idea for a while to do a badge less grill on my Mk5 but didn't like the idea of the plastic piece that came with the grill to fill the curve taken out of the bonnet.
A friend of mine was happy to help me out in the panel beating skills department and then I sent it off to the panel beater for the final paint work.
Below are some shots of the welding and filler process and a pick to show the final result.
