  • Sydney Dealer Feedback

Hi all. Looking at getting a GTI soon and was wondering if anyone had positive or negative experiences with dealers in Sydney.
All info appreciated as I would like to support a dealer that provides quality customer service.

I recommend Donald at McGrath Volkswagen in Liverpool. Even though I didnt buy the car from him due to finance at the time he made you feel good about the purchase.

I didn't have a bad experience at Barloworld Mascott but I have definitely recieved better service from other dealerships. I found the Volkswagen Chatswood dealership the best vw i've had dealings with.

                  Cheers,

Yeah I called Barlo at Mascott about a month ago regarding what they had available in Candy White GTI. Guy said he would call me back... still waiting.
Yesterday called Bill Buckle VW and the guy calls back in 5 min. So I am heading in there tomorrow.

please keep bad experiences generic and not too much detail other wise we will have to delete them due to libel laws.use the pm system !
