Post your current Mk V Golf Wallpaper that you are using.
With only your wallpaper showing, select "print screen".
Open "paint".
From the toolbar select "paste".
From the toolbar select "save as".
Save the image as a jpeg somewhere you can find it.
Post the image as normal.
