mk5 GTI towbar melbourne

Hi everyone, has anyone had a towbar fitted to a GTI in melbourne apart from at VW -
I know theres a few places in sydney that fit the hayman reece towbar to the GTI
In melbourne everyone seems to look up the hayman website and say it wont fit
would much prefer to pay $650 than $1800 at VW

Im parting out a GTI with a towbar. From memory its the best bars brand. Made in NZ as fitted by a lot of local dealers.
Feel free to stop past the office and check it out if youre ever in the Springvale area.
