Hi need help . my 2007 GTI fsi engine has developed a problem when on boost . it get like a big shock wave at low rpm's does not or i can not feel it when in the upper rev range it's like it is dropping boost . could this be the diverter valve stuffed . can still boost up as long as i don't plant my foot hard and still get to red line fine . so i am thinking its not electrical . please help
