Golf V Service Interval Reset

Hi Guys

Can anyone tell me how to manually reset the service interval indicator on my 06 Golf without having to use Vag-com?

Tried this thread from VWvortex but does not seem to work.

Press the odo button and turn the ignition on, release button and press the minute button, All done!!!
