Rns510 please help

Hi Guys -

I just upgraded my RNS510 to the latest (non Beta) firmware. The process went perfectly, no issues - but when I rebooted I realised the firmware upgrade process has wiped my maps!

It's asking for the navigation DVD, which I never received when I bought my car!..

Can anybody please help me? I would really appreciate a copy of the v4 maps or indeed any map whatsoever so I can get my nav unit running again.

Your dealer should give it to you for free. It comes with a new car, if you bought rns510 option.

Yep came OEM from the factory with the unit - but no disk was ever supplied with it.

Mate go back to the dealer ans ask for your RNS 510 disc , Its yours they have to supply it to you .

update... all good.. Got a v4 disk this morning. all working again.
